THE FRENCH CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE

Two champions per year and per sex are possible in France. To obtain the French Breed Champion title, 3 CAC’s are needed as follows:

1 To win the CAC in the French Championship organized by the SCC (French Kennel Club),
   or to win the CAC in the National Breed Show organized by the Breed Club (Club FABAS).
2 To win the CAC in a French CACIB show.
3 To win the CAC in a CACIB called “Special” for the Breed organized by the SCC and the Breed Club (Club FABAS).

Additionally, a character test (TAN : Test Aptitude Naturelle). The time is limited to having won CAC’s over a two year period. The 3 CAC’s must be awarded by 3 different judges.

Important: The application for Championship status has to be done not later than six months after winning the last CAC.
